ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Your work will be preparing design/construction sets using reference sets, you will participate in projects from beginning to end with little supervision. Site surveying and assembling as-built drawings is part of the job as well.

Qualifications:
Min. 2 years of full time NYC work experience on the same field
-Proficiency in AutoCAD required
-Knowledge in REVIT a plus
-Knowledge of NYC building codes and construction standards required
-Bachelors Degree in Architecture required
-Initiative

Must be a resident of the greater NYC area and available to start immediately .

SPACE PLANNER / AUTOCAD

Our expediting department is growing! We are seeking an AutoCAD Space planner with proven ability in measuring sites and extensive experience in AutoCAD.

You will be measuring sites interior/exterior in all 5 boroughs. Mostly small apartments but also retail stores and manufacturing spaces, roofs, etc. Preparing construction/ filing sets in Autocad as per city requirements and codes Be able to contact clients by email or phone to schedule site visits.

Requirements:
-1 yr min. experience in similar field is required
-Proficiency in Autocad is a must
-Be able to work in a fast paced environment using reference sets with little supervision.
Most important: Positive attitude and team player!
*Someone with an associate degree in construction drafting is ideal for this position.
The successful applicant will be driven, results focused with “can do” attitude. Need to be resident of NYC and able to start immediately.
